Grilled Corn on the Cob
8 Tbsp butter, at room temperature
2 Tbsp fresh thyme (2 tsp dried)
8 ears fresh corn, shucked
1. Combine butter and thyme in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Brush corn with olive oil and grill over medium-high heat, turning frequently, approximately 10 minutes.
3. Serve with thyme butter.
