Combine entire contents of cocoa mix with one can (12 fl. oz.) Nestlé® Carnation® Evaporated Milk and 1 1/2 cups water in medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes or until peppermint candy is dissolved and chocolate is melted. Makes 8, 4-ounch servings.
