1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 13 x 9 – inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Cut the chicken into 1/2-inch cubes. Chop kale and garlic coarsely. Drain beans. Add chicken, kale, beans, tomatoes with juice, thyme and garlic to the baking dish. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper and stir to combine.
3. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Divide the chicken, vegetables and beans among 4 plates and sprinkle with almonds.
