  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans chopped stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (15 oz) can spicy chili beans
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder


1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Crumble and cook turkey until no longer pink, about 5 minutes; drain.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
