Light Spinach Dip

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
  • 1 cup low fat or nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Mrs. Dash herb seasoning


1. Drain the spinach and squeeze dry.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
3. Add spinach and mix well.
4. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
5. Garnish with chopped red bell pepper and red onion, if desired.
