1. Cut 1 orange into thin slices and place in a teapot.
2. Peel a 1/2-inch piece of fresh ginger, and cut into thin slices. Add to teapot with orange slices.
3. Add 2 cinnamon sticks to the teapot.
4. Add 2 Earl Grey tea bags to the pot along with 4 cups of boiling water.
5. Add 1 tablespoon honey and let steep for 5 minutes. Pour into mugs, adding more honey to taste.
Earl Grey tea is black tea flavored with bergamot, a fragrant herb. Substitute with a caffeine-free tea, if desired.
