No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Clusters

  • 2 1/2 cups granola
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips


1. Place granola in a resealable plastic bag and crush slightly using a rolling pin.
2. Add the butter and peanut butter to a small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and butter has melted, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. Add the chocolate chips to the saucepan and stir until chocolate has melted.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out 2 tablespoons of the granola mixture onto the sheet. You should get about 20 mounds. Cool for 15 minutes and then place in the refrigerator to firm up completely, about 2 hours.
