1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Place ham in a roasting pan, cover and roast 15 minutes per pound, or about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small pan and heat gently to melt. Add 1 tablespon hot water if mixture is too thick.
2. Remove the ham from oven. Drain off pan juices and reserve. Spoon glaze over the ham. Return ham to the oven and continue to bake, uncovered, for about 15 minutes. Baste with reserved pan juices, return to oven and bake, uncovered, another 15 minutes, or until heated through.
3. Transfer the ham to a platter. Pour glaze from pan into a gravy boat and serve.
