1.Combine frozen raspberries, lemon curd, sugar and 2 tbsp hot water in a food processor until very smooth. If the mixture still seems grainy after a few minutes, add additional hot water by the teaspoonful.
2. Serve immediately or store, covered, in the freezer for up to 3 days.
