Raspberry-Lemon Sorbet

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen raspberries or mixed berries
  • 2 Tbsp lemon curd
  • 1 Tbsp confectioners’ sugar


1. Combine frozen raspberries, lemon curd, sugar and 2 Tbsp hot water in a food processor until very smooth. If the mixture still seems grainy after a few minutes, add additional hot water by the teaspoonful.

2. Serve immediately or store, covered, in the freezer for up to 3 days.
