  • 1 celery stalk, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • dash hot sauce, to taste (optional)
  • 11 oz tail-off cooked shrimp
  • 4 top-sliced hot dog buns
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives


1. Mix the celery with the ketchup, mayonnaise and hot sauce, if using.
2. Toss the shrimp with the dressing. Fill buns with the shrimp salad. Garnish with chopped chives.


Make the shrimp salad a day ahead and store in the fridge. Fill the rolls just before serving.
