1. Cut half a French baguette into 1-inch pieces and toast in a skillet.
2. Chop 1/2 cup fresh basil.
3. Halve 1 pint cherry tomatoes and toss with the basil.
4. Slice 8 oz mozzarella. Add to the tomatoes and toasted bread.
5. Toss with 1/3 cup vinaigrette until well combined.
