1. Cut the onions into rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion on low heat until soft and brown, about 15 minutes. Stir frequently. After 10 minutes, ad the vinegar, salt (in moderation) and pepper.
2. While the onions caramelize, mix the ricotta with the horseradish and dill. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper. Cut the roasted red peppers into strips.
3. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise. Cover the bottom half with lettuce and peppers. Top with steak, onions and the ricotta mixture. Cover with the top of the bread.
