Spiced Baked Apple Slices

  • 3 apples
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg


1. Cut the apples into quarters and remove the core. Cut the quarters into wedges.
2. Heat the butter in a saucepan and cook the apple wedges 4 minutes on medium heat. Add honey and spices, and cook for 2 minutes on high heat.


Quick choucroute: Mix with sauerkraut and serve with sausages.
