1. Warm the oil in a skillet and add the onion. Cook on high heat for 2 minutes. Add the garlic, bell pepper and ground beef. Cook until no pinkness remains, 5 minutes. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper.
2. Add the Worcestershire and tomato sauce. Continue to cook on high heat for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Cook on high heat to reduce tomato sauce, 4 minutes.
3. While meat is simmering, toast buns. Divide the sloppy joe mixture between the bottom halves of the buns. Add the tops and serve immediately.
