Quick Sausage Pizzas

  • 4 pieces 5-grain flatbread
  • 1 (15 oz) can Nature’s Promise tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg shredded low fat mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 links Nature’s Promise Free From mild Italian chicken sausages


1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the flatbreads on 2 sheet pans and divide the tomato sauce among them. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on each. Set in the oven to cook 10 minutes.
2. While pizzas cook, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and remove sausage from casings into the pan. Fry over medium-high heat until no pinkness remains, 7 minutes.
3. Remove pizza from the oven when cheese is bubbling. Divide the sausage meat among the 4 pizzas and enjoy.
