Spaghetti and Meatballs

  • 1 (16 oz) pkg Nature’s Promise Italian-style meatballs, frozen
  • 1 (28 oz) can Nature’s Promise tomatoes crushed with basil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • 1 bunch fresh basil


1. Cook the meatballs according to package directions. Heat the tomatoes in a sauce pan. Finely dice and add the garlic. Add the balsamic and bring to a boil. Add the meatballs and reduce to a simmer.
2. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente (slightly undercooked). Drain the spaghetti and toss with meatball sauce. Serve with Parmesan and basil.
