1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
2. Remove sausages from their casings. Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat and add the sausages, breaking them up with a wooden spoon. Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the kale, in batches, and cook for about 5 minutes, or until kale is wilted.
3. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 4 minutes, or until sauce reduces. Mix the drained pasta and halved tomatoes into the sauce. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
