1. Cook the tortellini in salted, boiling water for 3 minutes. Add the broccoli florets to the pot and continue cooking for 1 minutes. Strain the broccoli and tortellini together, and return to the pot with 1 tbsp olive oil.
2. Microwave turkey until warm, about 2 minutes. Add turkey, pesto, and balsamic vinegar to the pot with the broccoli and tortellini. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper to taste. Toss well to combine, and cook for a final 3 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
