Orange and Thyme Baked Brie

  • 1 (13-oz) wheel Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

For Serving

  • apple slices
  • toasted baguette


1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cheese on an ovenproof baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together marmalade, brown sugar, ginger, thyme leaves, salt, and pecans.
2. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese has softened and the top is bubbly. Serve with apple slices and toasted baguette.
