1. Combine mango, strawberries, onion, lime juice and zest and gently mix together. Season with black pepper to taste.
2. To toast almonds, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add almonds and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly browned. Allow almonds to cool and stir into relish.
3. Sprinkle chicken breasts with oregano and garlic powder and grill over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
4. Serve chicken with relish on the side.
