1. Cut the beans on a slant into 1-inch pieces. Heat the oil in a wok or skillet and fry the beans for 3 minutes on medium heat, stirring regularly. Add the hoisin sauce and cook for 4 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the nuts coarsely and sprinkle on top of the beans.
