1. Thoroughly mix the turkey and salsa in a large bowl. Season the turkey mixture as desired. Shape the turkey mixture into 4 (1/2-inch thick) burgers.
2. Cook the burgers in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat for 15 minutes or until browned on both sides and cooked through. Top with the cheese.
3. Spread 1 tablespoon guacamole on the bottom half of each bun. Top each with 1 burger and 1 leaf lettuce.
