Ingredients

  • 12 slices of bacon, halved lengthways, halfs cut across (48 pieces)
  • 1 pineapple, cut into 48 chunks
 

Directions

1. Preheat grill on medium-high.
2. Thread bacon and pineapple onto 12 bamboo or metal skewers, wrapping the bacon pieces around the pineapple chunks.
3. Cook the skewers on aluminum foil for about 4 min. each side, or to your liking.
