Blueberry Infused Margaritas

Makes 6 servings


  • 3 6-oz packages of blueberries
  • juice of five limes
  • 2 cups of tequila (or, you know, more)
  • 1 cup Cointreau
  • rock salt for cup rims
  • ice


1. Blend blueberries to release juice. Strain away skins and seeds to taste.
2. In pitcher mix in lime juice, tequila, blueberry juice, Cointreau and ice.
3. Pour into salt rimmed glasses and serve
