Egg and Avocado Breakfast Wrap with Roasted Red Pepper

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 sundried tomato wrap
  • 1/3 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • 1/2 cup sprouts
 

Directions

1. Spray a small skillet with cooking spray and cook eggs over medium heat, until scrambled, about 2 min.
2. Place sliced avocado on wrap, top with roasted red pepper strips, scrambled egg, salt (in moderation) and pepper. Top with sprouts.
3. Roll wrap, cut in half and serve.
