Shrimp, Broccoli, and Soba Noodles in Spicy Sauce

  • 1 (12–14 oz) pkg soba noodles
  • 1 (16 oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp basil
  • 1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sambal oelek


1. Cook soba noodles in boiling water for 2 min. Add broccoli to the pot, continue to cook for 1 min.
2. Add shrimp to the pot. Gently boil for an additional 1 min. or until shrimp are bright pink and fully cooked. While shrimp cook, coarsely chop the basil.
3. Drain pot into a colander. Return the noodles, shrimp, and broccoli to the pot. Add the sweet Thai chili sauce and sambal oelek. Toss to combine. Garnish basil and serve.
