Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup almonds or cashew nuts
1/2 cup water
dash of cinnamon
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
Add 1/2 cup ice if using fresh blueberries.
