Chicken Bacon Alfredo Stuffed Shells

  • 12 ounce box Jumbo Shells
  • 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
  • 12 ounce package bacon, cooked and diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 16 ounce jar Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


1. Cook jumbo shells according to package directions. Drain and lay out on parchment paper to dry.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
3. In medium bowl, combine chicken, bacon, garlic and 1 cup of Alfredo sauce.
4. In the bottom of a 9x12 baking dish, spoon 2 tablespoons of Alfredo sauce.
5. Fill the shells with the chicken and bacon mixture and place in the baking dish on top of the Alfredo sauce.
6. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells. Top with the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Put baking pan uncovered in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.
