Honey Nut Granola

Makes 6-8 servings


  • 3 cups rolled oats (Old Fashioned oats)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch Kosher salt


1. Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, and pecans. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients until well mixed. Then pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and toss/mix until the dry ingredients are wet. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and put in the oven.
3. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Every 15 minutes, remove from the oven and stir the mixture to evenly bake.
4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before transferring to a container.
