Cheesy Stouffer's® Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

 

Ingredients

  • 1 STOUFFER'S® Simple Dishes Spinach Soufflé (9 oz.)
  • White Mushrooms (2 1/2 lbs., stems removed)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated, prepare more to garnish
 

Directions

1. Prepare spinach soufflé according to package.
2. Stir, along with Parmesan cheese, into a metal mixing bowl.
3. Arrange mushrooms on a baking sheet; fill with spinach/cheese mixture, mounding slightly.
4. Garnish with additional parmesan cheese.
5. Bake at 400°F (10-­15 min. or until cheese and mushrooms are lightly browned).
