Eggnog Lattes/Hot Chocolate

  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 cup prepared espresso or hot chocolate
  • 1/2 cup lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon


1. In a small saucepan, heat the eggnog on medium 5 min., until steaming. Divide the prepared espresso or hot chocolate between 4 cups and stir in warm eggnog.
2. In a large coffee mug, microwave the milk 1 min. in 15-second intervals, until just steaming, stirring between intervals. To create foam, place a milk frother in the warm milk and blend until foamy. Spoon milk over coffee or chocolate and sprinkle with the cinnamon.
