  • 1 (12 oz) pkg egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray


1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Add the raisins to the pot of noodles 1 min. before noodles are done cooking. Drain raisins and noodles together.
2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined. Fold in the noodles and raisins.
3. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and add the noodle mixture. Bake 50 min., until golden brown and set. Let stand 15 min. before cutting into 2-inch squares.
