Baked Holiday Brie



  • 2 rolls of Pillsbury Crescent dough
  • 1 wedge of brie (can add increase amount to your liking)
  • Raspberries
  • Raspberry vinaigrette
  • Assorted Pepperidge Farm crackers
  • Rosemary
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt


1. Roll out crescent roll sheet and press the perforated cuts together.
2. Chop your brie into cubes and place in the center of the sheet of dough.
3. Then place raspberries, rosemary and drizzle raspberry vinaigrette over top.
4. Fold up the edges like a present to close it and then flip over so the other side is smooth.
5. With the second roll of dough, cut a few strips out to make your bow.
6. Egg wash your entire brie package and then place your strips over top to resemble a cross.
7. Then bend your smaller pieces to create a bow shape and use the egg wash as the glue to hold it all together.
8. Sprinkle with salt and chopped rosemary and pop in the oven for 20-25 mins at 375°F or until golden brown.
9. When finished, remove from oven, place on a gorgeous serving platter.
10. Decorate the platter with assorted crackers, raspberries, and sprigs of rosemary. Serve and enjoy!
