1. To make the patties, peel the potatoes and grate them along with the onion in a food processor, using the fine grating disc. Beat the eggs in a large bowl and add the cilantro and garlic. Mix in the grated vegetables along with the flour, curry powder and a pinch of salt (in moderation)
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet. Spoon 4 mounds of batter into pan and press flat. Fry for 6 min. turning once midway. Drain the patties on paper towels. Repeat until you have 16 patties. Serve with the chicken wings and spicy dipping sauce.
