1. Crush OREOS in a Ziploc bag - set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, food coloring, and cocoa, mix until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, combine cold heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and whip until stiff peaks form.
4. Layer starting with cookies - red velvet cheesecake mix - whipped cream in mason jars until you reach the top.
5. Top with whipped cream and cookie crumbles
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then enjoy!
