Crunchy Turkey Tacos with Avocado Salsa

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (16 oz) pkg Nature’s Promise Free from Ground Turkey 94% Fat Free
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 head romaine
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/4 small red onion
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 12 hard taco shells


1. In a 12–inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil on medium-high. Add the ground turkey, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook 6–8 minutes, until done, using a spatula to break up meat.
2. Meanwhile, thinly slice the romaine. Halve, pit, and chop the avocado. Finely chop the red onion. In a medium bowl, combine avocado and onion with the lime juice and remaining 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Serve turkey and avocado salsa in the taco shells. Garnish with romaine.
