Blackberry Iced Green Tea

  • 1 (1–inch) piece fresh ginger
  • 1 pt blackberries
  • ¼ cup lemon juice (from 1–2 lemons)
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • ½ gallon green tea with honey
  • Fresh mint, for garnish


1. Peel the ginger and slice. In a blender, purée the blackberries, lemon juice, sugar, and ginger until smooth.

2. Into a large pitcher, strain berry mixture using fine-mesh sieve. Stir in the tea. Refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice. Garnish with mint.
