Summer Berry Caprese Salad

Makes 8-10 servings


  • 2 cups fresh mini mozzarella balls
  • 2 cups strawberries, trimmed, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 lemon
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup toasted almonds, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar glaze
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish


1. Place mozzarella balls, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries in a large serving bowl.

2. Zest lemon on top of salad; sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and toasted almonds on top.

3. Drizzle balsamic vinegar glaze and olive oil on top.

4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
