Strawberry Frozé Popsicles

Strawberry Frozé Popsicles

  • 6 oz frozen strawberries
  • 4 oz of frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups dry rosé (about half of a 750 ml bottle)
  • ½ cup grapefruit juice
  • 2 Tbsps of simple syrup
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 10 ice-pop molds and sticks

1. Purée frozen strawberries, raspberries, rosé, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup on high speed in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve and discard seeds and foam.

2. Pour mixture in your ice-pop molds, leaving about 1-inch space at the top. Freeze for 1 hour, until slushy and then stir with a popsicle stick. Add your sliced strawberries in each mold, cover, insert sticks, and freeze until ice pops are solid. We recommend freezing for at least 5 hours before serving.

For an extra boozy kick on a hot day, serve popsicles in a glass of rosé!
