Pumpkin Oatmeal Bowls



  • 2 cups of milk of your choice (I used Fairlife)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin puree


1. In a saucepan, bring milk to a boil. Once boiled, add oats and a pinch of salt. Mix well then cover and turn down heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes until it’s nice and fluffy.

2. When done, remove from heat. Add cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and pumpkin puree.

3. Top with whatever you think will compliment your fall flavor. I chose from pomegranate seeds, bananas, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and candied walnuts.
