Herb Cheese Spread

Makes 12 servings


  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 to 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • ground black pepper to taste


1. In a bowl cream butter, cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.

2. Add garlic and herbs and mix until well combined.

3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4. Place in refrigerator and allow to chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
