Antipasti Wreath

  • ½ (8-oz) chub dried salami
  • 3 (0.75-oz) pkgs fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 (3-oz) pkg sliced prosciutto
  • 8-oz fresh mini mozzarella balls (ciliegine), drained and patted dry
  • ½ cup green olives
  • Wide red ribbon
  • Toothpicks


1. Cut the salami into ½-inch chunks. Tie the ribbon into a bow.

2. On a large board or platter, arrange the rosemary sprigs into a 12-inch round wreath. Roll the prosciutto slices into rosettes.

3. Tuck salami cubes, mozzarella balls, prosciutto rosettes, and olives among rosemary sprigs around wreath. Place bow on wreath. Serve with toothpicks.
