Matzo Brie

Matzo Brie



  • 4 pieces of matzo
  • ½ cup of water
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Jam or cream cheese


Whisk four eggs in a large bowl.

Lightly rinse four pieces of matzo under the sink for 10 seconds each and break them up into the egg bowl.

Combine and add a pinch of salt.

Butter a pan on medium heat and add your matzo, stirring occasionally.

Top with your choice of jam or cream cheese and enjoy! I tend to do both!
