1. In a pot of boiling water, cook green beans 8 min., or until tender.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and sauté the garlic for 1 min. Add the mushrooms and cook 5 min., or until softened. Zest the lemon.
3. Cook the gnocchi according to package directions. Mix the gnocchi with 1 tbsp oil, the mushroom garlic mixture and chopped parsley. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper and sprinkle with cheese.
4. Cut the lemon in half and juice one half. Drizzle over the drained green beans and sprinkle on the lemon zest and salt (in moderation) and pepper. Divide the gnocchi and green beans among 4 plates.
